Guideline for parents guardians

  • Use the school diary as a communication with the Class teacher/Principal and regularly check the school diary for home work and the teachers remarks if any.
  • Sign the last copies/ papers, when they are sent to home.
  • See that your ward has all the textbook, items of stationers, craft materials etc, right in the begging of the session.
  • Ensure that all the books and notebook are covered with the brown paper/Transparent paper.
  • Ensure that your ward comes to school in the proper uniform with polished shoes trimmed hair clean nails.
  • Send the children regularly and punctually to school, No absence will be permitted without leave application and late comers will not be allowed to sit in the class.
  • Parents must attend the parent teacher association.
  • Pay the fees as per schedule.
  • Intimate to the school in case of change in address, telephone number/mobile number.
  • Do not send the child to school in case of an infectious disease and medical certificate should be furnished from a medical authority at the time of rejoining the school after illness.
  • Do not Walk into the classroom or meet he teacher in the classroom. Meet the teacher only with a prior appointment through the principle.
  • Do not send money or valuable articles with the students. The school owes no responsibility, if these are lost.
  • The students who damage the school property will have to pay for the loss. If any particular student is not found guilty then all the students of the concerned class or group will have to pay for the loss.
  • Guardians/Parents must response to any communication made by the principle/class teacher/subject teacher at the earliest.
  • Guardians of outsider students are requested to select a good hostel where atmosphere suitable for students. In this regard they may consult school authority before selection of the hostel.
  • Student must be directed by their parents to maintain cordial relation with their classmates and pay respect to teachers, non teaching staff and senior students.
